Over the years, I have supervised and mentored several psychology students and colleagues that work in private practice, the NGO sector or state. Areas have included, clinical supervision (i.e., detailed clinical and ethical reflections on cases), setting up a private practice, career guidance, and dealing with therapist fatigue.
I would describe my approach as being considered, warm, clinically-informed and driven by liberatory values for social justice. I aim to bring out the unique value in your work and support you as therapist in your professional development.
I also provide personalised mentorship for those who would like to develop their critical praxis. I have helped students, psychologists and other healthcare professionals who have wanted to sharpen their critical skills, develop their community practice or wanted space to reflect on the socio-political context and pluriversal world in which they are working.
